1. Standard Purchases

Products purchased through our online store are generally sold as one-time purchases.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Before dispatch: We will attempt to cancel your order and arrange any applicable refund.

After dispatch: Cancellation may depend on the shipment status. Returns and refunds will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UAE consumer protection law.

2. Subscriptions

We do not currently offer recurring perfume subscriptions or automatic subscription renewals through our online store.

Customers are not automatically charged for repeat perfume purchases.

3. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are available only when expressly indicated on a product page or confirmed by our customer support team.

If a pre-order has not yet been dispatched, customers may contact us to request cancellation and an applicable refund.

If a pre-ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer to discuss alternative arrangements or a refund.

Products will not be substituted without customer agreement.

Perfumes must generally remain unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging for voluntary returns.
